Getting Started

+ How is this different from students purchasing individual plans?
In addition to the personalized plans your students would buy on their own, you get a comprehensive, biweekly, report of everyone's progress and preparedness for the NPTE. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with me personally after each testing cycle to let me know what we can do even better for the next one.
+ What does the process look like to set students up with their plans?
Onboarding is simple! (1) fill in the form above and hear back from us within a day; (2) send us a roster of students, with names, email addresses, and graduation dates; (3) each student gets a one-click invite link and sets their study plan up, often in less than 10 minutes. (4) biweekly, you (or a designated contact) receive a comprehensive report detailing the progress of all students currently preparing for the NPTE. See a sample report here.
+ Why should my students use Prism instead of asking AI to make them a plan?
I personally designed Prism Prep's algorithm using my engineering and education background, and don't use AI at all in my plan generation. The plans your students receive are tailored specifically to them and designed to be comprehensive and manageable, with no risk of hallucination or bias. Data & Reporting

+ What data do you collect, and who sees it?
We collect and store the minimum necessary data for Prism Prep to create students'study plans. We don't store passwords, credit card information, or other sensitive data. We don't sell or share student data. We're happy to send a written data-handling summary if your institution requires one for review.
+What does the outcomes data look like?
Prism has been growing quickly since our first cohort of users took the April 2025 NPTE. To date, we've had over 200 students from universities across the country sign on with Prism Prep, and a 100% pass rate for those who reported back after their exam.

Pricing & Logistics

+ How do you manage payment?
Whatever is preferred for you. We offer a card-based checkout system for group purchases or can provide a purchase order or invoice. Just let us know how you'd like to proceed.
+ What if some of my students don't already have a pretest score?
If your program doesn't already offer an NPTE-style exam like PEAT or through one of the resource companies, we build one in as part of getting each student's plan started — no extra steps on your end. Pricing is detailed above (see + Pretest).
+ What happens if the price goes up in the future?
You keep your rate for as long as you stay with us — this is meant to be a long-term partnership.
