Who can see it
You
You can request access to the personal information we hold about you at any time.
Your program, if you're in a university-sponsored cohort
Your program provides us your name and email address so we can set up your account. In return, your own program has access to your individual and cohort-level progress. We do not share your identifiable information with any other institution.
Our service providers
A small number of vendors, such as cloud hosting and payment processing, access only what they need to perform their function. They are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Anyone, in aggregate form only
We may share aggregate, de-identified statistics, such as overall completion or exam pass rates, publicly or with current and prospective partners. This data cannot be used to identify you individually.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share identifiable student data with third parties for marketing or research purposes.
We do not use cookies for advertising. Your personalized study plan is generated with a math-based method, not AI. Read more in our statement on AI use.
Your choices and how long we keep data
You can access, correct, or delete your personal information, and opt out of marketing emails at any time, by contacting privacy@myprismprep.com. Deletion is subject to legal retention requirements.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter, or as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest and access limited to authorized personnel.
